Today I want to encourage you to speak your truth.
Maybe that means you looking in the mirror tonight and admitting to yourself what you are most scared of or worried about right now.
Perhaps it involves you having a heart-to-heart with a loved one or a colleague about something that is weighing heavy on your heart.
Or it could be you telling someone that what they are bringing to the table is simply not enough for you.
So, this is your invitation to honour yourself and speak your truth.
When we speak about our fears, we empower ourselves to hold them at more of an objective distance. We can breath deeper.
When we share why we are hurting or heavy, we lighten the load for ourselves. We open the door to external support, deeper understanding and greater healing.
When we articulate how we really feel we can set clearer boundaries about what we need. We give others the information they need to either step up and love us in the way that we desire or to make way for someone who is really able to.
Speaking your truth can be scary, and you might feel a little bit naked, but just imagine the possibilities you'll make room for.
Let me know how you get on, I am cheering you on.
